Video Hostess Instructions
Once your dates are confirmed with Jill —

1) Print out the agreement page, sign it and send it in with your two checks:
2) made payable to "Jill Bond" for $45 — we do not cash this one unless the tapes are not received back here by the due date.
3) made payable to "Jill Bond" for $10 to cover the cost of shipping, box, and insurance.

At least 14 days before you need the tapes by, unless you need a rush shipping, then send extra $$$ for increased postage.
4) Notify Jill ASAP when the tapes arrive, so that if there is a problem we can react quickly.
5) Enjoy the sessions.
6) Mail the tapes back to Jill as soon as the sessions are over including any love offering that was collected and the list of attendees.  Be sure to insure the tapes.  Notify Jill via e-mail that the tapes are on their way back. 
7) Please be aware that there is another group who is waiting for those tapes to come back in so they can go out for their sessions.

Remember to:
Clean heads of VCR before each tape — this keeps the tapes clean for the next group of ladies Insure the tapes for $50 for their return FIRST CLASS shipping back to Jill (use label enclosed).
You can not charge to watch these tapes — but our ministry does accept love offerings to make more of these tapes available for other groups. Checks should be made payable to "Jill Bond" Enclose a list of attendees with a full head count.
If you can not get the tapes back here by the due date, ALERT Jill immediately — to assure a full return of the deposit check.
