Agree to 1) Clean heads of VCR before each tape — this keeps the tapes clean for the next group of ladies 2) Insure the tapes for $50 for their return FIRST CLASS shipping back to Jill (use label enclosed) 3) Not charge to watch these tapes — but understand Jill's ministry does accept love offerings to make more of these tapes available for other groups. Checks should be made payable to "Jill Bond" 4) Will enclose a list of attendees (including e-mail addresses if available) with a full head count. 5) Understand if I can not get the tapes back to Jill by the due date, I will ALERT Jill immediately — to assure a full return of the deposit check. 6) I am aware that other groups are planning and preparing for a seminar using these tapes and will to the best of my ability honor their need. If my group chooses to buy the tapes for our library, we will notify Jill immediately, so she can make arrangements with the next group. If we have to extend our sessions for any reason, we will co-ordinate with Jill. 7) Pray and seek God's guidance through the process from planning dates, inviting people to attend, His Work in lives, and the Bond family's continued ministry.
