At least 14 days before you need the tapes by, unless you need a rush shipping, then send extra $$$ for increased postage.
4) Notify Jill ASAP when the tapes arrive, so that if there is a problem we can react quickly.
5) Enjoy the sessions.
6) Mail the tapes back to Jill as soon as the sessions are over including any love offering that was collected and the list of attendees.  Be sure to insure the tapes.  Notify Jill via e-mail that the tapes are on their way back. 
7) Please be aware that there is another group who is waiting for those tapes to come back in so they can go out for their sessions.
